Metro Manila (Manila Ocean Park)

I treated my family for an Ocean Adventure at Manila Ocean Park.

Located near Roxas Boulevard (behind the historic Quirino Grandstand on the western end of Rizal Park) in Ermita, Manila City.. Manila Ocean Park is a marine theme park which has become a favorite destination for both locals and foreigners.

The existence of the Manila Ocean Park has become a national pride among the Filipinos and a proof that the Philippine capital city of Manila has attractions worthy of a visit by local and foreign tourists alike.

There are packages that you can choose from, prices ranges from as low as P500 to as high as P900 per person. Bit pricey but everyone will surely enjoy all the attractions like: Oceanarium, Sea Lion Show, Marine Life Habitat, Musical Fountain Show, Jellies Exhibit, All Star Bird Show, Birds of Prey Kingdom, Penguin Talk Show and the trails of Antarctica.
A rainforest motif  will greet the guests upon entering Oceanarium, the first section that you'l see is the Agos (Flow) Section of the Oceanarium, this sections boast about the freshwater fishes stored in 8 tanks.
The Manila Ocean Park might not be as large and well-equipped as some of the more famous marine theme parks in Asia, but it is still a popular attraction among the Filipinos and foreign visitors.

the main attraction of the oceanarium is a 25-metre long walkway tunnel with 220-degree curved acrylic walls similarly seen in other Asian ocean parks, the difference between Manila Ocean Park is a 220-degree curved tunnel as compared to the standard 180-degree curved tunnels seen in other Asian countries.

Aside from all the wonders inside the theme park, I enjoy watching the vast body of water of Manila Bay. It relaxes me for no reason.

Amazing Calmness..

The most and probably the highlight (atleast for me) of our ocean adventure would be the Trails to Antarctica! Seein’ penguins in flesh and stayin in a room temperature of -15 degrees was ohhh soooo FUN!

Ready for our Antarctic tour!

Don’t forget your winter coat!

Winter na sa Pinas!

Grannies havin’ fun with Herdie

And we visited Santa’s House

What's in store inside Manila Ocean Park Oceanarium:
